Segmented
Segmented refers to a design or structure that is divided into distinct parts or sections. These structures are designed to be launched in separate segments and then assembled in space, allowing for larger structures than could be launched in one piece. Segmented structures also allow for redundancy, as individual segments can be replaced or repaired if necessary without affecting the entire structure.
