QueSST X-plane
QueSST X-plane is a low-boom supersonic aircraft being developed by NASA to fly faster than the speed of sound without producing a loud sonic boom. The aircraft is designed to create a soft thump instead of a loud boom, which will allow it to fly over populated areas without causing disturbance. The QueSST X-plane will be used to test and validate technologies that will enable the development of commercial supersonic aircraft in the future.
