Sea Breeze

In space and astronautical engineering, Sea Breeze is a type of sounding rocket developed by NASA to study the Earth's atmosphere. The Sea Breeze rocket is a two-stage vehicle that can reach altitudes of up to 300 kilometers. It is designed to carry scientific payloads that measure atmospheric parameters such as temperature, pressure, and wind speed. The rocket is launched from a mobile platform located near the coast, and its trajectory is carefully planned to sample the atmosphere over a specific region. The Sea Breeze rocket has been used in several research campaigns, including studies of the polar mesosphere, the upper atmosphere, and the ionosphere.
