Oxygen Delivery Systems

Oxygen delivery systems are devices that provide oxygen to individuals who require supplemental oxygen due to respiratory distress or hypoxemia. In the context of space and astronautical engineering, oxygen delivery systems are critical components of life support systems for astronauts in space. These systems must be designed to function in microgravity and vacuum environments, and must be able to provide a reliable and continuous supply of oxygen to support human life. Oxygen delivery systems used in space may include compressed gas systems, cryogenic systems, or regenerative systems that produce oxygen through chemical reactions or electrolysis. The design and operation of these systems must take into account factors such as power consumption, mass and volume constraints, and the need for redundancy and fail-safe mechanisms.
