INSAT
INSAT (Indian National Satellite System) is a series of multipurpose geostationary satellites launched by the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) to provide telecommunications, broadcasting, meteorology, and search and rescue services. The INSAT system has played a significant role in the development of India's communication infrastructure and has helped in bridging the digital divide in the country.
