Ground Support Personnel


Ground Support Personnel are the individuals who provide support to the space and astronautical engineers and astronauts during the pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases of a space mission. They are responsible for the maintenance, testing, and preparation of the spacecraft, launch vehicles, and associated equipment. They also provide technical support to the engineers and astronauts during the mission, monitoring the spacecraft's systems and providing troubleshooting assistance. Ground Support Personnel work in a variety of roles, including technicians, engineers, mechanics, and mission controllers.
