Fusion Energy Research
Fusion Energy Research is a field of study that aims to develop a sustainable and clean source of energy by harnessing the power of nuclear fusion. Nuclear fusion is the process of combining two atomic nuclei to form a heavier nucleus, releasing a large amount of energy in the process. In order to achieve fusion, a plasma of hydrogen isotopes must be heated to extremely high temperatures and confined using magnetic fields. Fusion Energy Research involves the design, construction, and operation of experimental fusion reactors, as well as the development of advanced materials and technologies to withstand the extreme conditions of a fusion environment. The ultimate goal of Fusion Energy Research is to create a practical and commercially viable fusion power plant that can provide a safe, reliable, and virtually limitless source of energy.
