USGCRP

The United States Global Change Research Program (USGCRP) is a collaborative program that coordinates and integrates federal research on changes in the global environment and their implications for society. The program focuses on understanding the complex interactions between natural and human systems, and on developing the knowledge and tools needed to mitigate and adapt to global change. USGCRP research encompasses a wide range of topics, including climate change, biodiversity, water resources, land use, and human health. The program also works to communicate research findings to policymakers, stakeholders, and the public, and to support international efforts to address global change.
