
Thermal Radiators
Thermal radiators are devices used in spacecraft to dissipate excess heat generated by onboard systems and payloads. They work by emitting thermal radiation into space, which carries away the heat. Thermal radiators are essential for maintaining the temperature of a spacecraft within safe limits and preventing damage to sensitive equipment. Heat pipes are a type of thermal radiator that use a closed-loop system to transfer heat from one location to another. They are often used in conjunction with other types of radiators to provide additional cooling capacity.
