Space Sustainability
Space Sustainability refers to the responsible use and preservation of space resources and environment for the benefit of present and future generations. It involves the development and implementation of policies, strategies, and technologies that ensure the long-term viability of space activities and minimize their negative impact on the space environment. Space Sustainability encompasses a wide range of issues, including space debris mitigation and removal, sustainable space exploration and exploitation, space traffic management, space weather forecasting and mitigation, and international cooperation in space activities. Achieving Space Sustainability requires a collaborative effort among spacefaring nations, space agencies, private companies, and other stakeholders to promote responsible behavior and ensure the continued use of space for peaceful purposes.
