Pilots

Pilots are professionals who operate spacecraft, aircraft, or other vehicles that fly through the air or space. They are responsible for the safety of the vehicle, crew, and passengers, and must have extensive knowledge of the vehicle's systems, navigation, and flight controls. Pilots must also be able to make quick decisions in emergency situations and communicate effectively with air traffic control and other crew members. In the context of space and astronautical engineering, pilots may operate spacecraft for scientific research, exploration, or commercial purposes. They may also be involved in the development and testing of new spacecraft and technologies.
