Natural Gas
Natural gas is a fossil fuel that is formed from the remains of plants and animals buried deep beneath the earth's surface. It is composed mainly of methane, a colorless and odorless gas that is highly flammable. Natural gas is found in underground reservoirs and is extracted through drilling. In the context of space and astronautical engineering, natural gas can be used as a fuel for rockets and spacecraft. It is a clean-burning fuel that produces less carbon dioxide and other pollutants than other fossil fuels. Natural gas can also be used to generate electricity to power space missions. However, the use of natural gas in space exploration is limited due to the challenges of storing and transporting it in space.
