MOSFETs
MOSFETs (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistors) are electronic devices used in space and astronautical engineering to control and amplify electrical signals. They are made up of a metal gate, an oxide insulating layer, and a semiconductor channel.
