Electromagnetic Wave

An electromagnetic wave is a type of wave that consists of oscillating electric and magnetic fields, which travel through space at the speed of light. These waves are produced by the acceleration of charged particles and can be described by their frequency, wavelength, and amplitude. Electromagnetic waves can be categorized into different types based on their frequency and wavelength, such as radio waves, microwaves, infrared radiation, visible light, ultraviolet radiation, X-rays, and gamma rays. These waves have a wide range of applications in space and astronautical engineering, including communication, remote sensing, navigation, and imaging.
