GNC Systems

GNC (Guidance, Navigation, and Control) Systems are the brain of any spacecraft. They are responsible for ensuring that the spacecraft is on the correct trajectory, pointing in the right direction, and maintaining stability. The guidance system determines the spacecraft's position and velocity and calculates the necessary maneuvers to reach the desired destination. The navigation system uses sensors to measure the spacecraft's position and velocity and provides this information to the guidance system. The control system uses thrusters or reaction wheels to adjust the spacecraft's orientation and trajectory. GNC systems are critical for the success of any space mission, from launching a satellite to exploring other planets.
