Design Flaws

Design flaws refer to errors or mistakes in the design of a spacecraft or its components that can lead to mission failure, loss of crew, or damage to the spacecraft. These flaws can occur due to various reasons such as inadequate testing, lack of experience, or insufficient knowledge of the environment in which the spacecraft will operate. Design flaws can be classified into different categories such as structural, electrical, software, or human error. Structural flaws can include issues with the materials used, the design of the structure, or the manufacturing process. Electrical flaws can include issues with the power supply, wiring, or sensors. Software flaws can include issues with the programming or the integration of different software components. Human error can include mistakes made during the design process or during the assembly and testing of the spacecraft.
